As I Eat my Dinner I wonder how many people go to sleep hungry

For many years, I have been very conscious about poverty, homelessness, and hunger. I was raised in a poverty stricken area. Folks all around me were poor and struggling. There were farmers, merchants, small business folks and just people who worked hard to make ends meet. Food was not taken for granted, ever! My parents were the type that reminded us there were starving children in Ethiopa.
